Majesty the Fantasy Kingdom Original Boxart

Box-Art, circa 2000

Majesty: The Fantasy Kingdom Sim is a fantasy themed real-time strategy and simulation game hybrid released in 2000.

OverviewEdit

Majesty is a classic fantasy-themed real-time strategy/simulation game with a twist: you have no direct control over your Heroes, or units. While this may initially come across as an "interesting" concept, what it actually results in a more strategy-driven experience with less micro-managing than a traditional RTS. As the Sovereign, the game is trying to simulate being a monarch in a time and setting that is a hybrid of King Arthur and Lord of the Rings.
